There is no MOQ for new customer to support their business.

If you have reached the minimum quantity,absolutely no problem to do OEM.

Sample needs 3-5 days,mass production time needs 3-6 weeks based on the quantity.
4. How does the lock get powered and how long can it last?
The lock is powered with 7.4V Lithium battery.The battery life is 12 months.
5. What warranty do you provide?
We provide 1 year warranty, and lifetime maintenance by providing the main parts, and only charge the express cost.
6. What payment terms do you accept?
Usually 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipping. We can also accept Western Union and Paypal for small amount.
