Q1: How is your production ability?
A1: We have many production lines, production capacity is more than 1,000 sets per day.
Q2: What should do when battery is run out?
A2: The lock will beep to prompt when power is low, please change the battery when it alarm. You can still use the card open about 200 times when it prompt. If the battery is not work, you can use backup key to open the door,there is a USB port in built in the smart lock,you can charge the battery when power off.
Q3: If logo print is available?
A3: Yes, we can help to print your logo on the lock and OEM/ODM service are welcome.
Q4: Can I have sample? Is it free?
A4: We can provide you sample but cost is on buyer's side,if the buyer place the formal order,sample cost can return to client.
